By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Additional agreements may apply to specific programs, services, subscriptions, or purchases. Where a separate signed agreement expressly establishes different terms for a particular service, that agreement will govern the relevant matter.

By purchasing a paid offering, you authorize the relevant payment provider to process the agreed charges.

Where an offering includes recurring payments, installment arrangements, or subscriptions, the specific billing and cancellation conditions will be disclosed in the applicable purchase terms.

Payment installments under a fixed-term contract are not necessarily equivalent to a cancellable monthly subscription.

5. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support business development, strategic thinking, professional growth, personal development, and education.

We provide guidance, frameworks, tools, and opportunities for learning and implementation.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, business growth, client acquisition, revenue, profitability, or personal outcomes.

Results depend on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, decisions, actions, market conditions, and implementation.

You remain responsible for business decisions and actions taken based on our services or educational materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services do not constitute legal, accounting, financial investment, medical, or mental health treatment advice.

You should consult appropriately qualified professionals when specialist advice is required.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content made available through our website and programs, including videos, written materials, workbooks, frameworks, teaching methods, exercises, prompts, knowledge files, templates, branding, and other proprietary resources, is owned by Welcome to the Temple or used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing a program or receiving a resource does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Subject to applicable purchase terms, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use provided educational materials for their own learning and legitimate business activities.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or publish our proprietary educational materials.
  • Share paid program materials with individuals who have not purchased or been granted access.
  • Repackage our frameworks, training resources, prompts, or knowledge files as products for sale or distribution.
  • Represent our proprietary resources as your own original work.
  • Reproduce or commercially distribute substantial portions of our protected content outside the scope of your licence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using the skills, general knowledge, and independently developed work arising from your participation.

Any additional permissions granted in a specific program agreement will continue to apply.

7. AI Training Materials and Independently Created AI Assistants

Some programs may provide instructions, frameworks, prompts, knowledge files, or educational materials intended to help participants build and use their own AI assistants through third-party services.

These resources are provided for educational and authorized business use.

Subject to any specific licence terms provided with those materials, participants may use the resulting assistants to support their own business operations and client services.

However, permission to use an independently created assistant does not grant permission to resell, publicly distribute, license, or commercially repackage our underlying proprietary materials.

Third-party AI platforms operate independently and may require separate accounts, subscriptions, or fees.

We do not control or guarantee their availability, pricing, privacy practices, functionality, or continued compatibility with our educational materials.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them, especially in professional services, client communications, or consequential decisions.

You are also responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights, permissions, and safeguards before uploading personal, confidential, or third-party business information to an AI platform.

8. Program Participation and Community Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, constructive learning environment.

Participants agree to interact respectfully with other members, facilitators, and service providers.

We may restrict access or take reasonable action in response to harassment, unlawful conduct, misuse of materials, threats, or substantial violations of these Terms.

Participants must respect the privacy of others and must not disclose confidential information shared in private coaching sessions or restricted member areas without appropriate permission.

We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Please exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information in group settings.

9. Program Access and Changes

Access to digital programs, recordings, classes, resources, and community spaces may be limited by the terms of the specific offering purchased.

We may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, facilitators, delivery methods, or supporting materials.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will address the change in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our website and programs may use or link to third-party services for payments, video meetings, bookings, email communications, authentication, community activities, or educational tools.

These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

11. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials and examples shared on our website reflect individual experiences.

They should not be interpreted as guarantees of equivalent results.

Outcomes vary according to individual circumstances, effort, experience, and other factors.

12. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or private resources.
  • Distribute malicious software or interfere with website operations.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Misrepresent your identity or authorization.
  • Share or commercially exploit protected resources outside the permissions granted.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and accessible information and services.

Except for warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, our website and general educational materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every individual purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of general educational resources or website interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights, remedies, warranties, or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

14. Termination and Account Access

You may request closure of your website account by contacting us.

Account closure does not automatically cancel ongoing payment obligations, end an active service contract, or entitle you to a refund.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Personal information associated with a closed account is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Alberta and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws or other legal rights that apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, policies, or legal obligations.
