Hi, I’m Annie. I help heart-led women turn meaningful work into a profitable, well-run business that can genuinely support their lives.
For more than a decade I have been building businesses while studying personal growth, spirituality and the patterns that shape how we lead ourselves. That taught me to look at the business and the woman running it. A strong strategy only works when it can be carried through in real life.
My work blends practical business strategy with personal leadership. We look at your offers, positioning, sales, systems, priorities and where your time is actually going. We also look at the decisions you keep postponing, the standards you are ready to raise, and the places where overthinking has quietly replaced movement.
I help women simplify, choose and follow through. The result is a business with clearer direction, stronger structure and enough stability to stop reinventing itself every few weeks.
Meaningful work deserves to make good money. Structure gives creativity somewhere solid to land. And self-trust grows through evidence: every decision you make, promise you keep and action you take strengthens your ability to lead yourself well.
I have navigated entrepreneurship alongside motherhood, so I care deeply about building businesses that work inside a real life. Family, changing seasons, limited time and the occasional week that refuses to cooperate all belong in the plan.

Helping entrepreneurs use AI well has become a real pillar of what I do. Strategy, content, messaging, offer development, implementation. Used properly it gives you back hours and sharpens your thinking. Used badly it flattens everything that makes your work yours.
I teach the difference. It runs through the mentorship, and it is the focus of the monthly workshops inside the Collective.
